After receiving her bachelor’s degree from Rhode Island School of Design, Mallon moved to New York City where she worked several jobs in the fashion industry, gradually developing skills and expertise in design, development, and production.

After some time in the hustle and bustle of New York City, Mallon moved to the paradoxical paradise that is Los Angeles, a city that balances both natural and urban living. Her time in both cities inspired the concept of Nadjarina. With a variety of silks, pleats, ruffles, fringes, and angular cuts, Nadjarina is a line that has a bi-coastal aesthetic, striking equilibrium of bold, East Coast confidence, and effortless West Coast tendencies.

As for her inspiration, Mallon reflects on her own personal journey through life. As a mother, creative thinker, and businesswoman herself, she designs clothes that are avant-garde and contemporary while still maintaining practical functionality for everyday life.
